 Zach Seymour brings a unique combination of business expertise and construction knowledge to Southern Palm Builders. A graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, and Real Estate, Zach developed a sharp understanding of client experience, budgeting, and investment — skills he applies directly to every custom home project. Construction has been a lifelong passion; growing up in Atlanta, Georgia, he watched his father build a 30+ year career as a licensed General Contractor, giving him a deep appreciation for the craft from an early age. Holding a Florida General Contractor's License, Zach is committed to making the home building process transparent, stress-free, and truly personal for every client — whether you're building your forever home or an investment property across Southwest or Northwest Florida.
